Project Description: Madeira Retail Center: This scheme was the first to pioneer the concept of Outlets in the Region.

• Responsibilities: This scheme only went as far as council approval, after which got entangled in local politics and development programs

• Project Description:  120 Apartments
• Date: 2007-2009

• Responsibilities: Master plan for land subdivision, rezoning and infrastructure. This followed by the design and documentation for the approval of 120 Apartments.

• Project Description:  Infra-structure, roads, Landscape design for 386 Apartments and individual stands in various buildings, built in 3 phases.
