Project description: Hehai University held a competition for one building which would hold the following faculties: Political Science, Law, Sociology, Public Relations and Multimedia Propaganda Departments, with all the necessary offices and faculty requirements, as well as the communal teaching facilities and dedicated main library. The complexity of the different departments, and spatial requirements, especially in relation to the specific studios for television and filming which were big rooms and required special structural considerations.
