Project Description: The site is complex due to the split created by the water and the limited access from the highway. In combination with the usual program of commercial, retail, hotel and conference the complexity required different strategies to deal with the problem.

Project Discription: - This project has a core regional development concept to create an equestrian estate that could provide care  and training facilities for horses set in a luxury estate essentially as a second dwelling for China’s growing middle class.

•  Project Description: Makalali Game Lodge- Eco tourism Resort
• Date: 1994-1995
• Position: Work in collaboration with architect Silvio Rech . Site Architect and nominated subcontractor for steelwork
• Responsibilities: On site design and construction, where the lodge had to have an African feel and use local materials, skills and Construction methods. All the detailing was evolved on site.

• Project Description: Ngoro-Ngoro Crater Lodge, Tanzania: Eco-Tourism Resort

• Responsibilities: Work with architect Silvio Rech in the design and construction on site, an International heritage site. Prototype buildings were developed using local materials and labour for client approval.
