- Responsibilities: Alteration of the Regional development plan, for the entire district. Master plan for land subdivision, rezoning and infrastructure. This followed by the design and documentation for the approval of 386 Apartments and 70 individual stands for free standing houses. The apartment buildings were comprised of various different lots in different phases to be able to sell and hand over as the project was being built.
