Being new to the company it was a great way to understand the company and the construction process in China.

Project Discription: - This project has a core regional development concept to create an equestrian estate that could provide care and training facilities for horses set in a luxury estate essentially as a second dwelling for China’s growing middle class.

Responsibilities: Riding center research and organization, housing typologies and one of the masterplan proposals.

A building that was in the Construction process (structure only ) that required a more contemporary façade. I participated in early proposals which evolved dramatically as the client themselves were in a management change.

Project Description: - this project was a very significant urban park that had been completely excavated in the creating of the new metro in the city. The urban park then initially included an underground shopping center and an urban park at street level: We provided two proposals, one of which I helped develop, but which was rejected as too costly. Later on a simplified compromise version was accepted.
