Project description: This informal yet historical market occupied council land. This required the formalisation and organization of Herbal Healers and informal traders for the Johannesburg City Council. The outcome was consultation rooms for the witchdoctor’s, and lockable storage for their natural remedies for which they would pay city council a rental.

Project Description:This 65 bed geriatric care centre included an in-house clinic, full gymnasium and hydrotherapy. The entire building is compliant with the regulation typical for healthcare.

Project Description: - The local municipality requested two schemes, one on the existing location, which is in the city center, yet right next to a river and a bird reserve. Due to the level of the river the technical basement was built above the surface. The second scheme was on a new site on the city periphery raising a lot of questions about the accessibility to the social infrastructures by the community.
