Makalali Game Lodge

Project Description: Makalali Game Lodge- Eco tourism Resort
Date: 1994-1995
Position: Work in collaboration with architect Silvio Rech . Site Architect and nominated subcontractor for steelwork
Responsibilities: On site design and construction, where the lodge had to have an African feel and use local materials, skills and Construction methods. All the detailing was evolved on site.

Mangualde Retail Park

Project Description: : An existing warehouse to be transformed into various large Retail stores. The project included full revamp of the existing and all the additional requirements for parking etc. Project as yet unbuilt due to council politics and economic factors.

The is a rapidly developing part of the greater Gothenburg region with the potential to attract a lot of population and be a prominent residential district in Gothenburg. The Old swimming pool building was needing renovation or even complete rebuilding.

Municipal workers Union Centenary Sculpture

Noord Street Hawker Market

Project Description: Public mediation and community participation for the structuring and formalisation for the City Council. This complex process resulted in Steel Structures for the traders and lease agreements for the city council.

Nya Ullevi

This stadium was built for Swedish football world cup, which they won. The stadium was repaired in the 80´s but is needing to be transformed to become a more competitive stadium that can host different kinds of events, from the Melodi Festival to the Gothenburg horse jumping events. Our brief was to briefly look at concepts for a way to cover the stadium which was the most important way for the stadium to be better used throughout the year.
