The campus includes R&D Laboratories, Hospital and treatment center, Lecture and Conference facilities, as well the accommodation for specialized staff, patients being treated and the day to day nursing and care staff.

• Responsibilities: Proposal for an Eco-tourism resort in the mountains for hikers.

• Project description: This informal yet historical market occupied council land. This required the formalisation and organization of Herbal Healers and informal traders for the Johannesburg City Council. The outcome was consultation rooms for the witchdoctor’s, and lockable storage for their natural remedies for which they would pay city council a rental.

Project Description:  Ponta Delgada: This project included a heritage house which had to be incorporated into the project with all the restrictions of the monuments council and health and fire departments.This 100 bed geriatric centre is complete with in-house clinic, full gymnasium and activities and service areas in compliance with regulation.

• Project Description: This 120 bed geriatric care centre included an in-house chapel, complete community clinic, full gymnasium and hydrotherapy, hair salons, pharmacy, book shops etc. This courtyard building creates a protected interior garden for walks etc. This centre catered more for various types of accommodation, from independent flats to geriatric care. The entire building is compliant with the regulation typical for healthcare.
