Project description:  This Tea house for a residential complex is set within the garden landscape. The building is to be built on top of a parking basement, which made a steel composite construction more viable.

Date: 2012

Responsibilities:  Initial  design proposals with later design development and technical management.

Project Description: Agro industries- 15 000m² of Hothouses and infra structures for High yield hydroponics production. This included accompanying packaging and freezer warehouse and logistics.

Project Description: Madeira Retail Center: This scheme was the first to pioneer the concept of Outlets in the Region.

Project Description: Townhouses, Cova, Santa Cruz: This project for 6 houses has subsequently been sold and redesigned by the builder.
