Project description:  A factory complex within the city that had already been empty for some years and was to be demolished and the increase the entire areas density with high rise residential buildings set in a residential landscape with some commercial areas to the perimeter.

AI 5 YangZhong Commercial Facade

A building that was in the Construction process (structure only ) that required a more contemporary façade. I participated in early proposals which evolved dramatically as the client themselves were in a management change.

Position: Team leader, project architect.

Responsibilities: Technical input and initial design proposals. Due to complex client conditions this project was developed by other members.

DJ 28 Wuxi Shopping

Project Description: The aim of the short project was to test the development potential of the site situated near a future metro exit. Urban analysis and market research was more important than the formal resolutions.

Project Description: Madeira Business Centre: Commercial, retail and office building.

Project Description: Madeira Retail Center: This scheme was the first to pioneer the concept of Outlets in the Region.

• Responsibilities: This scheme only went as far as council approval, after which got entangled in local politics and development programs

• Project Description: Low budget design and construction of offices for a recycling company.

• Responsibilities: I was responsible for the design, the construction and project management.
