Project Description: The site is a future metro station that required a TOD design that harnesses the possibilities of the metro exit. This low office building with a commercial base provides the metro company with an urban solution that maximizes the value of the land and provides some insight into future potential development values. The iconic architecture also serves as a local landmark for the Metro exit.

Responsibilities: Concept and building design
The original design went through much change with a very heavy program, requiring over 30 + floors directly above the metro exit. The metro company decided to reduce the volume as this was not a main exit and the site did not permit much more.
