Project Description: - This project is the first within an urban design scheme to concentrate urban development, as new parcels of land on the periphery of the city are urbanized. The client wanted an iconic building that had a range of typologies and ample green areas. The project will house over 3000 families and  incorporates a mix of housing types from apartments to single villas. The project includes the necessary  recreational and shopping facilities for the future population and  the future developments in the area.

Responsibilities: Managing and organizing the conceptual development and presentation of our ideas, liaison with clients and government departments. The complexity of the project in terms of the density required versus the Urban regulation resulted in this solution that not only maximizes apartments, but also create the most favorable landscape opportunities.
