Project description: The problem with the placement of the hotel on the site was its river front position effectively removing the view for the housing component. The aim of this design was to create a river view for the housing component. Once our studies provided the best format for the hotel was in all on the same level along the bottom road we attempted a contemporary hotel, conference facilities, apartments, as well as a small commercial area. This scheme allowed the most profitable use of the remaining land for residential development.
