DJ 21 Yibin Dadipo 2nd Phase Residential Competition
Project description: This residential competition was from the outset to be an art deco style housing development that would provide larger quality housing typologies set within luxury gardens. The complexity in this design was managing to achieve the required building index and solving the sunlight requirements.

Responsibilities: Design Development and responsible for one of the designs presented. Finally a compromise design solution combining the strengths of each design was developed which finally satisfied the client.
